What we collect when you use this site or message us, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are
This site, dignitysolutions.co.in, is run by Dignity Solutions, Unit No 142, Raheja Tesla 2, TTC Industrial Area, Juinagar MIDC, Navi Mumbai 400705, Maharashtra, India. It is the website of Dignity Solutions Coworking. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), Dignity Solutions is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms. Your name and mobile number, and anything else you choose to add: email, the plan you are asking about, a preferred visit day, a message. We also store the page you sent the form from, the time, and any campaign tag in the link you used (for example utm_source).
- WhatsApp, calls and email. What you send us, and your number or address.
- Members. If you sign up, the details we need for the agreement and the invoice, such as billing name, address and GSTIN if you give one.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block abuse. We do not use them to identify you.
We do not ask for, and do not want, Aadhaar numbers, bank or card details, passwords through this site.
Why we use it
We use your data to reply to you, arrange a visit, run your membership, send invoices, and keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is your consent when you send us an enquiry, and our legitimate uses under section 7 of the DPDP Act once you are a member, or where the law requires us to keep records.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels. We will not add you to a WhatsApp broadcast or group unless you ask to join one.
Who processes it for us
These providers handle data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare: hosting, the enquiry database, and sending form notifications by email.
- Mailbux: our email mailbox (coworking@dignitysolutions.co.in).
- Razorpay: online payments, if you pay us online. Razorpay collects your card, UPI or bank details directly. We never see or store them.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms.
- Google Maps: only if you press "Show map". The map then loads from Google.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. We only use providers that protect it, and we follow any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers.
We may also share data when the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or in response to a lawful order.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a membership are deleted within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask. Member records, including invoices, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires after the relationship ends, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- nominate another person to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act;
- complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our answer.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: send a message to the contact below. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you arrive through a link with a campaign tag, your browser remembers that tag for the current visit only, so we know which link brought an enquiry.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in a database that only we can reach. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
